Refund and Cancellation Policy Overview

At Zaria Silks, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and cancellation policy for further assistance.

Order Cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel your order. You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, we are unable to accept cancellations due to the processing of the order. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team at support@zariasilks.com with your order number and the reason for cancellation.

Refund Policy

If you wish to request a refund, please note that we offer refunds only for the following conditions:

  • If the item received is damaged or defective, please report it within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • If the item does not match the description or the image on our website.

To initiate a refund request, you must contact our customer service team with your order details, photos of the item (if damaged or defective), and any other necessary information within 7 days of receiving the product. Once the return request is approved, we will initiate the manual refund process.

Return Process

If your refund request is approved, please follow these steps for the return process:

  • Package the item securely with the original packaging, along with the invoice and any other documents that came with the product.
  • Return the product to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that shipping costs for returns will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we will process the refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase within 10-15 business days.

Refund Method

The refund will be processed via the original payment method (credit/debit card, bank transfer, or any other method used during purchase). In case of a manual payment, the refund will be processed to the bank account or payment method provided by the customer. Please note that it may take 10-15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Non-Refundable Items

Some items are not eligible for a refund or return. These include:

  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Items purchased from our physical stores.

Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, you must return it and place a new order for the desired item. Returns will follow the same procedure as outlined above, and the new order will be subject to the standard terms and conditions of purchase.

When you visit our website and/or send emails to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications we send to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
